Original artwork description
This painting is a breath of summer for me. I painted it outdoors, with the sun softly filtering through the leaves and a gentle breeze swaying the tall grass and pink flowers. I wanted to capture not just details, but the mood itself—the freshness, the vibrant tremors of greenery, the quiet joy of contemplating a simple field.
I worked with broad brushstrokes, allowing the paint to flow freely, allowing light and color to merge as if in a dance. The pink accents of the flowers are like rhythm in a green symphony, splashes of tenderness amid the dense grass. I deliberately blurred the trees in the background, so that they serve as a backdrop, a frame for this riot of summer life.
It was important to me to convey a sense of presence—as if you were standing there, breathing this air and hearing the rustling of the field. This work is my little conversation with nature, in which I simply listened to it and tried to capture its language on canvas.
