An unusual and haunting view of a corner in Hull, near the site of the Northern gate house that once stood here, and apparently haunted. I was drawn to the genuinely haunted feel of the upstairs, broken window, Victorian brickwork, the bright and sunshine coloured walls. he work is rich in realism and detail. Texture has been added to create extra depth. The canvas is 0.5 inches deep and can therefore hang without a frame if wished.
