A bowl of gleaming, glossy strawberries in a Chinese porcelain bowl, next to a small copper sugar bowl. I set this up on an emerald green piece of cloth which provides a strong contrast to the brilliant red of the fruit. I let the background fall off into darkness to heighten the contrast. A little piece of early Summer.
