I capture a mesmerizing blend of solitude and defiance, set against a sprawling, desolate backdrop that poses the timeless question of direction in life’s journey. The stark contrast between the enigmatic figure and the unyielding environment evokes a profound sense of contemplation about where our choices lead us. Through its use of acrylic and a bold palette, this artwork challenges the viewer to confront their path, symbolized by the expansive road and evocative signage. For texture before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied and then sanded for smoothness. Dutch acrylic paints Amsterdam and Italian canvas tm Unico were used. Finish - satin varnish. The ends are painted in the background color. Series "Life in Avatar". Created on and shipped on a pre-stretched canvas on a wooden frame. Painting is packed in cardboard box with layers of bubble wrap. Artwork is signed.
