Stolen Time 136 is a painting from Richard Heys's 2020-2023 series of work - Stolen Time. Stolen Time has a double meaning - extra time found for oneself and stolen time in the sense of lost opportunities.
Richard makes his work using squeegees, silicone tools, brushes and other print-making tools.
Originally from Yorkshire, Richard now works in East Sussex, an acorn's throw from the Ashdown Forest. He is an abstract artist who creates paintings with presence.
