Original watercolor painting by Yulia Evsyukova. It was June in Thailand This land of Buddha and lotuses has given my heart much beauty. After climbing many steps up the mountain in Hua Hin, I visited a Buddhist monastery. There, among the thickets and ancient architecture, I saw an interesting snow-white statue. Buddha was giving blessings to his five disciples. This statue preserves the memory of Buddha's first sermon. And, of course, I wanted to make a watercolor sketch.
