There are days when you feel like the world around you has become gloomy and sad, but sometimes you have to find hope somewhere to carry on. The rain is depicting the gloomy mood of the painting in contrast with the one person who follows hope as depicted in the bright yellow signifying hopefulness. This painting is a delight to view and the colours work beautifully together to create this modern piece. The painting has been varnished with gloss for protection, signed by the artist and carries on over the sides so it may be hung without a frame. The canvas has been wire at the back for hanging.
