This work explores the distance between two figures not as a rupture, but as a state of coexistence. The forms are elongated and tightly controlled; each figure maintains its own vertical axis and inner tension. The narrow space between them neither connects nor fully separates, but holds a moment of fragile balance.
A minimal color accent highlights hidden vulnerability within a rigid structure. The human silhouette is stripped of individual features and reduced to a sign — a generalized presence where proportion, distance, and sustained tension become more important than detail. Acrylic on canvas.
