Hand inked Drypoint on Tetrapak .
This was inspired by a Dutch barn used for stacking hay in a farm yard in Shropshire, UK.
This design was made by making a Drypoint Etching on the inside of a Tetrapak carton, previously used for almond milk , to produce the pattern of the wood and corrugated iron roof.
After inking with individual Akua inks to give colour to the print, it was wiped and a piece of damp heavyweight paper was pressed on to the plate and run through an etching press at high pressure to produce a print.
