Original artwork description:
This painting evolved from having just enjoyed doing a couple of color field paintings using black and liking it after not having used it for a very long time. The second factor was getting out my old Amish quilt books and looking at them. I have stacked seven pastel colors in rectangles surrounded by a black border. I have intentional ratios when I design patterns like this.
Size 18x24 inches on heavy acid free watercolor paper. Ready to frame with or without a mat. Ships rolled in a tube.
