Last spring I saw these tulips during a bicycle ride through a park in Germany. Their quiet elegance stayed with me long after that day, and I kept thinking about them for almost a year.
This drawing became my way of returning to that moment — the calm air, the softness of the light and the simple beauty of the flowers standing among the spring greenery. I wanted to capture not only the form of the tulips, but also the feeling they left with me.
The artwork is created with pencil, using delicate lines and careful shading to reveal the natural structure of the petals and leaves. It is part observation, part memory — a small botanical study inspired by a fleeting encounter with nature.
My work is a unique and original handmade piece.
