The cold winter is over. The snow is melting rapidly. But there is still a lot of it on the streets. This canvas was painted en plein air in Chernigov, in the old district of Leskovitsa. The street name is translated from Ukrainian as "Cold ravine ". Therefore, the image of the arrival of spring on the street with this name can be considered symbolic. The painting is made in an impressionistic style.
