Looking down into the depths of the water and across to the shoreline, this semi-abstract landscape painting reflects the feel and atmosphere of a lake in springtime.
Multiple layers of oil paint have been gradually built up and stripped back using brushwork and a palette knife, creating a feeling of depth and contemplation. The use of soft greens and blues enhances the atmosphere of calm created in this contemporary piece.
Ready to hang.
