Yeah, bluebells is a popular subject to paint but there’s a reason for that. Everyone loves these beautiful colourful wee fragile flowers. Seeing natural carpets of them in the woods is a real treat. Every spring I come back to this subject and every time it makes me happy to show this natural beauty on my canvas.
