Artwork description
A fresh, modern botanical screen print that portrays simplified Spring flowers focussing on shape and line. A six colour screen print.
An original hand-pulled screen print. One colour is printed at a time by hand using a squeegee which pushes ink through the screen onto the paper. For each new colour the artist makes a separate drawing/stencil and different coloured layers are built up to create a design.
Materials used:
Hand pulled screenprint using acrylic screenprinking inks onto paper
