Original artwork description
The artwork was painted in the spring garden in early May of 2023. The young bird cherry leaves were bright green and so transparent and fresh. The branches were covered with many white round buds, ready to bloom any day. The smell of bird cherry was everywhere in the air. My sister sat on wooden chairs in the garden and posed with a book for this portrait, painted on coated cardboard in an impressionist way - in one sitting.
The artwork is being sold without framing, respecting individual characteristics of each interior and will be dispatched in an enforced cardboard box. All necessary papers including the Certificate of Authenticity are added to the parcel.
