Original artwork description
I painted this still life to capture the feeling of spring in full bloom. The arrangement overflows with lilacs and roses in soft pinks, whites, and purples, creating a sense of natural abundance. I used loose, textured brushstrokes to suggest the softness and movement of the flowers rather than focusing on every detail.
The green glass container and blue pitcher provide a cool contrast to the warm floral colors, helping the bouquet feel vibrant and balanced. A few fallen blossoms on the table add a quiet, spontaneous touch, as if the flowers were just gathered and placed there. Through this painting, I wanted to celebrate the beauty and fleeting freshness of spring flowers.
