This is one colorful lobster! I printed the lobster linocut onto cream paper and colored it in with watercolor and gouache. I didn't have a plan except to keep it fairly realistic; I might have embellished it a bit! But I love it! It's so colorful, but it still looks like the spiny lobster carapace the lobsterman gave me. What a primeval bug!! The wonders of nature!
