I painted Spensieratezza with a sense of joyful urgency — letting colors dance freely across the canvas as if moved by a melody only I could hear. This work is a celebration of movement, color, and emotional liberation. The waves and curves emerge instinctively, blending vibrant reds, purples, blues, and sunlit yellows. The painting radiates energy, echoing a moment of lighthearted abandon, where nothing feels heavy and everything flows.

My palette knife technique — softened into velvety transitions and spontaneous waves — suggests both harmony and vitality. I created it in 2015, and even now it reminds me that carefreeness is not an escape, but a choice.
