Created as a form of personal therapy, this painting reflects my journey through depression, PTSD, and anxiety. It represents a peaceful, healing space—a safe haven where I can simply be myself.
This piece captures a serene beach scene with soft, powdery sand and calm, translucent ocean waters. Frothy waves gently touch the shore, evoking a sense of freedom, comfort, and self-acceptance. It’s a visual escape—a place of peace and healing, both for me and for those who invite it into their space.
