Soft summer light (2026) Original Oil Painting by Flora Butler

Soft summer tones melt into one another across the background, creating a calm, warm base. Over this sits a scattering of white circular forms that recall dappled sunlight. Each shape has been worked and reshaped to capture the shifting patterns of light filtering through leaves.

As in Tidal Drift and Spring Blossoms, the grain of the wooden panel shows through the layers of paint, keeping the piece connected to its natural origins.

This piece is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and foam board, then shipped in a cardboard box within 5 working days.
