This painting was created en plein air on the shore of the Black Sea in Bulgaria, during those magical moments when the world is just beginning to wake. The bright morning sun illuminated the blooming white tree so intensely that its petals turned a delicate shade of orange. The island of Nessebar on the horizon shimmered in hues of red and blue, while the sea changed its colors so mysteriously that they were almost impossible to capture with a brush — or even to describe in words.
Seagulls glided through the sky, seemingly shifting their colors as they reflected the magical light of the new day. Everything around me danced, sang, and breathed with life. Nature composed its own symphony, and I tried to catch that melody of color and light and transfer it onto the canvas.
These are fleeting minutes — when the sun releases its golden breath to cleanse the world and awaken all living things.
