So, You Think You're Changed, Do You? (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Nicole Esposito Woodall

50.8 x 40.64 x 1.91cm (unframed) / 50.8 x 40.64cm (actual image size)

Welcome to Wonderland! Inspired by one of my favorite childhood stories, this collection reimagines the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland through my own abstract floral language. Drawing inspiration from the original tale and the imaginative worlds it has inspired, each painting becomes an invitation to wander—a place where curiosity, wonder, and imagination quietly bloom.

Alice thought she might as well wait, as she had nothing else to do, and perhaps after all it might tell her something worth hearing. For some minutes it puffed away without speaking, but at last it unfolded its arms, took the hookah out of its mouth again, and said, 'So you think you're changed, do you?'

'I'm afraid I am, sir,' said Alice; 'I can't remember things as I used — and I don't keep the same size for ten minutes together!'

20”x16” in size, and painted on canvas in acrylic, and ink with bits of the Lewis Carroll story collaged within the artwork. Varnished with an archival satin finish, and ready to hang right out of her box, with the appropriate hardware already attached. Painting is carried over onto the sides of the canvas, so framing is optional, but not necessary. Signed, numbered and dated on the back.

*Recipient of Bronze Award in Flower Power international juried exhibition.
