Original artwork description
Acrylic and graphite powder mixed with acrylic medium on paper, the background is created with a very dilute graphite mix and some of the text uses a very concentrated mix which gives a metallic sheen.
It wasn't so easy to dis-cypher the text as it works backwards and forwards through many layers, some transparent, some opaque. But I don't think it matters, the idea is to give an overall sense of something, rather than it to be clearly readable, and as the painting is about ways of seeing it's okay that it's fluid.
I can't write backwards on my laptop so I've just made it all forwards..
