- Slow Moving Clouds 4
Original artwork description
I love the way clouds build and develop on still, windless days, hanging unmoving in the sky. In this semi-abstracted piece, late afternoon clouds build around Mount Besso, a distinctive, beautiful mountain in the Swiss Alps. The painting is inspired by the works of Fred Cuming RA who was able to imbue his works with a wonderful luminosity.
The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness on a fine grain, fully archival canvas panel measuring 30 cm by 30 cm.
The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. It is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
All paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated.
I endeavour to estimate shipping charges as accurately as possible. In the event of overcharging, I will refund the difference through Artfinder, and will bear the cost of any undercharging myself.
Outside of the UK and America there may be local duty / tax. If so, this is payable by the buyer prior to delivery - the postal service/courier for your country will request payment if any is due.
