This is an original painting of two greyhounds sleeping peacefully. I love the shape of greyhounds, especially when they're all curled up. I find them a wonderful subject for painting with their strong lines and muscle structure.
The tones in this painting are fairly dark and muted, so I would recommend a good spotlight on it.
It is painted on deep profile canvas, with the sides a grey colour to match the painting. It is protected with a gloss varnish and is ready to hang.
