This piece forms part of a mini-series of semi-abstract paintings depicting minimalist landscapes, playing with light and the sensation of rain.

The piece is made with multiple layers of oil paint applied with home made squeegees, palette knife work and minimal brushwork, balancing control with chance to create a pleasing vista upon which to rest one's gaze.

The work is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness, on professional quality Italian fine grain linen on an archival panel measuring 18 cm by 24 cm, which will fit many of the shelf frames.

The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. It is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

All paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated.
