This work feels calm and architectural at the same time.
Soft, layered planes of mint, pale turquoise and muted grey create a spacious, almost atmospheric background. The composition is structured through overlapping vertical and horizontal blocks, giving it a quiet geometric rhythm. The edges are not sharply defined; instead, they dissolve slightly into one another, which softens the structure and keeps the piece from feeling rigid.
Two warm coral-orange elements introduce contrast. Rather than dominating, they seem to glow gently through the cooler tones, adding warmth and depth. The vertical coral form in the lower left draws the eye upward, while the larger block in the upper right balances the composition diagonally.
There’s a sense of translucency throughout — as if the layers were built up slowly, allowing traces of previous marks to remain visible. This creates a subtle tension between control and spontaneity: the layout feels intentional, yet the surface retains a tactile, almost atmospheric quality.
