The first in a series of dramatic seascapes, this one focuses on the raw and terrifying power of one of natures most feared hunters, the shark.

Painted on a large 40x32 canvas the painting is a drama of nature that will set you back every time you view it. painted with incredible freedom of the brush I combine thick impasto with the softest glazes sometimes so transparent the painting ground can be seen underneath, creating effective depth and giving a solid appearance to the picture.
