SHAPES OF WATER #14
I created Shapes of Water #12 by following the quiet movement of the water rather than trying to control it. What you see here is not a fixed scene, but a moment in transition—something that existed only for an instant before dissolving into something else.

The surface becomes almost abstract, reduced to soft tonal shifts and gentle lines that appear and disappear. I’m drawn to this space where form is suggested rather than defined, where the image sits somewhere between the tangible and the imagined.

Light plays a subtle role here, settling across the water in a way that feels delicate and unforced. There’s no sharpness, no urgency—just a slow unfolding that mirrors the natural rhythm of the element itself.

This work is rooted in the idea of impermanence. Nothing holds its shape for long, and that’s exactly what interests me. In that constant change, I find a sense of calm—a quiet, reflective stillness that emerges not despite the movement, but because of it.
