This oil painting is from a current group of works called 'Summer Series', inspired by my archive of family photographs.

Summer days of playing beside the seaside, painting with colours of seaside nostalgia.

Through layers and expressive brushwork the painting reflects sunny childhood summers through memory and reflection.
