Meet Shadow a lovely black greyhound who lves a lie down in the afternoon before he has his last walk of the day.
Shadow has been painted on a 9x12inch piece of paper that began as an experiment when I had a painting day with Sally Ellis the still life abstratct artist. I have added the time-lapse making of video to show you the creative process. I've used inks, crayons, pencils and acrylic paint and sealed it with varnish.
This is a lovely loose painting capturing the gentle nature and handsome features of greyhounds and would look smashing in a smart frame in a greyhound lovers home. There is a slight fold on the top righthand corner which doesn't distract from the painting but does explain why he is such good value.
