"Seven Series #52" is a collection of monoprints, created from etching (photopolymer Intaglio, and carborundum and drypoint) plates which measure 7cm x 7cm. The series of plates are mixed and inked differently for each print. They are each finished by overprinting with a "framing" plate which is 10cm x 10cm. The monoprints are printed on Fabriano paper measuring 18cm x 18cm, and they are inked with Akua Intaglio inks.
Materials used:
Etching press, Fabriano paper, Akua inks, plates.
