Landscape of Auvergne, in the very heart of France.

View from my studio.
In the sunrise, the mists rise above the Loire, hidden by a strip of trees, revealing its presence.

This landscape is painted “alla prima”, with lively and spontaneous brushstrokes to attempt to capture the momentary effects of sunlight , the movement and the atmosphere.

This artwork will be packaged rolled in a tube. Once stretched by a framer, the white finish of the sides of the canvas allows you to hang it without a frame if you wish.
