This painting depicts a school of fish against a vibrant, dynamic red background. The work uses intense acrylic colors, with a palette dominated by warm, contrasting tones: the red and orange of the background contrast with the blues, greens, and yellows of the fish.
The fish are stylized yet well-defined, with bold outlines in dark blue or black, and display a variety of hues that make them vibrant and luminous. Some fish are almost fluorescent in shades of green and turquoise, with yellow highlights and purple accents. Two or three fish stand out with a duller or different color (reddish or grayish), slightly disrupting the harmony of the school.
The background is highly textured, almost abstract, with energetic brushstrokes and overlapping layers of color, creating a sense of depth and movement.
