„Defend and protect our ocean“ written in ICAO-Alphabet, which is indespensable while sailing.

Acrylics on sailcloth - The work was painted on part of our main sail. A work with corners, folds and edges, absolutely authentic with history. This sail sailed 30,000 nm around half of the world.

Annotation to this new series:
During my 6-year circumnavigation of the world, I have often come into contact with the increasing pollution and overfishing of the seas. In the middle of the Pacific I watched fishing fleets that were pulling 50 km!! wide nets with them. Garbage from civilization accumulates on deserted islands.
