*Salty Embrace* captures that instant when coastline, sea, and sky melt into one luminous breeze. With lavish knife-strokes, Antonino Puliafico sculpts a craggy headland and shimmering inlet, then anchors the foreground with crimson coastal flora that seems to sway in the briny air.

A swirl of pastel clouds—rose, mint, dove-grey—spirals across the sky, their motion echoed in the turquoise ripples below. Thick ridges of paint catch and scatter light, making the scene pulse with Mediterranean energy. Puliafico’s modern-impressionist touch turns a familiar seascape into a celebration of color, movement, and the nostalgic scent of salt on skin.

Materials used:

First-rate oil colors of the Florentine brand "DI VOLO" applied with spatula were used for the painting, and the pictorial support is a cottono canvas pre-painted for oil painting with Gesso and Glue.
