This work is part of the series “Hometown Sunsets.” The painting depicts a sailboat resting on calm sea waters at the moment of sunset. When I look at sunsets, especially over the sea, they awaken incomparable feelings within me. I paint sunsets over the sea in my native places with particular love. God is the greatest Artist and Creator. From Him, we can learn the harmonious combination of colors and the grandeur of the beauty of nature He has created. In moments of contemplation, we can touch the very heart of the Creator, draw closer to Him, and be filled with peace, joy, and love.

My work here is a single copy of my unique and original handiwork. It is made on special, high-quality 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from the world’s best manufacturers and has a density of 300 grams/meter.
