This is a typical stone barn in rural Limousin France. This scene and architecture exists throughout the region, but this one in particular captivated me on a sunny, and unseasonable warm winter's day.
It is painted on an Italian made canvas that is attached to a wooden board, and left for a minimum of six months before varnishing.
