A romantic, or shabby chic spirit for these roses, in warm tones of pinks and delicate greys. The subject is a still life.

This fine art floral painting was done in water mixed media : watercolor, watersoluble pencils, inks, acrylics, and pencils.
There's lines and dots with silver and gold acrylic pencils, as showed in additional photos.

I love to imagine flowers, foliage, nature. I'm inspired by the plants in my garden. I always keep in mind the beauty and pleasant vision of a decorative and figurative artwork.
In France, we got the french tradition (now it became like a "classical" school painting, due to its historical reputation) of the impressionist painting. Exploring colors and forms to evocate the nature, what we see. Art is interpretation of the world we see, we feel. It's one of the beautiful and positive inventions of the human mind.
