Sometimes I like to seek out the simplest of scenes to paint. This rolling field may not have seemed that beautiful at first, but I saw the potential of the different shades of golden brown merging with patches of green shoots, and the run off puddle in the bottom of the valley and the clouds rolling by overhead.
