The village of Rocamadour sits on the Alzou canyon. Pilgrims as far back as the 12th century would come from all over Europe to visit. The Chapelle Notre-Dame, contains a Black Madonna statue,
The village continues to excite the imagination all these centuries later, visited by tourists from across the globe.
