I like river in the mountains, it's like a living dividing line between two worlds. I depicted one of these river in this picture. Painting I did in the open air in the Carpathians. It was a beautiful July day, the bright sun was shining and a flowers are blooming. I love the noise of the mountain river. The etude is made with oil paints on cardboard.
