40.64 x 30.48 x 2.54cm (framed) / 30.48 x 22.86cm (actual image size)

£487.2

This is an acrylic and oil pastel painting on paper framed in a black metal frame. Own the only original in existence. Once sold, this timeless masterpiece will never be available again.

Framed overall size: 12 x 16 inches, comes ready to hang with a certificate of authenticity.

Exhibited at Palm Springs Modernism Show 2026.

Meaning: When I was preparing to move to the Portland, Oregon area, there was a great debate whether I'd be living on the left or the right side of the river, or even in Oregon at all. I also looked at some places in Vancouver, which is across the river to the North. At first, I had my eye on Tualatin, then Tigard. I visited Beaverton, Milwaukie, and several neighborhoods in Portland proper; you name it. I ended up renting a house on the right side of the river in Clackamas County. I really like it here! The next step is to buy a house, but that is an entirely different process.

Materials used:

Acrylic and oil
