n the winter for a couple of months I was not able to paint in my studio. All my stuff were inside boxes until the day I could return back home and set it all up again.
I can't even describe how much I had missed painting. Waiting to return was not an option, so I found my papers and my inks and decided to make something, out of the usual for me, since I'm used to always use so many types of colors, materials, mediums... But the best result comes when you least expect it and search for it.
That's how the series Rhizomorph-ink was created. Just paper, acrylic ink and my thirst to create again.
Lines that flow naturally, effortless, free, creating branches and roots that swing in the wind of the creator.
An amazing experience, a great series that I really enjoyed making and I really like. Something to continue and definitely evolve.
Acrylic ink on 60x42cm paper.
The artwork comes without a frame, packed in a cardboard tube and shipped insured. The frame on the photo is for demonstration thus artwork is not in scale in the interior.
A signed certificate of authenticity is included.
