I painted this boat whilst moored on the River Stour at Sandwich in Kent.
These boats used to patrol the river Rhine in Germany at the end of WW2. It is a rare and unusual craft, so I was keen to capture it in paint, in a year that I painted many boats.
It measures 14” x 10” is not framed, but it does come with a certificate of authenticity so it should make a lovely gift.
