We never regret seeing a beautiful sunrise, especially while swimming in water, it sets you up for the day like no other way can, whether its making the most of summer or getting all the health benefits from cold water swimming and overcoming something that’s easier to miss out on, I hope this painting reminds you of the rewards of getting up early and seeing the sunrise.
The university of Sussex has found that navy, pale pink and a teal like turquoise has the most calming affect on our human brains and I hope this painting brings all the calming vibes into your space to create your sanctuary.
