Original artwork description
This painting was inspired by two important events that take place in November. Remembrance day, may we never forget those that have given their lives. Movember, The Movember Foundation is the leading global organisation committed to changing the face of men's health.
My process of working can be time consuming but this allows greater study of my work in progress. Once I'm happy with my sketch I apply thin layers of paint, slowly sculpting the form, forcing depth and working in the required details as the process continues.
Original painting using professional Oil paints on starched canvas 90x65cm
UV varnished to help protect against sunlight and everyday dirt and dust.
Sides have been painted so no framing is required unless wished. Ready to hang with a hanging wire attached.
Securely packed with layers of bubble wrap and cardboard.
