Happy lockdown xx
This work is the latest in my rainy London series. It is an iconic scene of Regents Street looking from Piccadily towards the Oxford Street direction.
When it rains but there is a hint of blue sly, you get an electric scene which is full of atmosphere.
The painting has been built up in layers of detailed brushwork and scumbled brushstrokes.
