- Reflections - the Salt Marshes
Original artwork description
I have have returned to the salt marshes around the Essex and Kent coast many times to paint this undiscovered part of the country with its wonderful light & unique scenery and industrial buildings dotted across the horizon and often enjoy paint a similar view using various techniques, in this case, predominantly a pallette knife.
This canvas is framed in a white wood floating frame (not shown in the photos)
A painting of this view from my salt marsh series was exhibited and sold at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in London 2022 and another was selected for the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London. Also, and thanks to Artfinder, I've sold a further 3 paintings from this series.
